Oh baby Sutton was such a little love at only 5 days new. He slept and slept and slept some more while I messed with him. Sutton is new on my baby plan so we’ll be seeing more of him this year. I look forward to watching this little guy grow!

This is one of my favorite newborn sessions. Mainly because I had so much time to work with him that I was able to get in “almost” everything that I wanted to do. That’s hard when you only have two hours or so at a typical newborn session. But with this one I had one full day plus a quick morning session too. This first one is by far my favorite and I think it was the last one I took while in Colorado. He was such a good little buddy the entire time AND he was 11 days old, which totally breaks my rules of all babies must be 7 days old or younger! ha! He showed me, huh?

If you could have seen what I am calling a field you would laugh at me. It really was a row, small patch of buttercups. When I drove up I immediately saw them and decided that is where our session would take place. Little Ella Kate was so sweet, and kept sleeping while I posed her to get her just “right”. I loved working with her fun mom & dad, who were up for anything! Thanks M & E it was so nice meeting your sweet family.

This little miss was as sweet as she looks, a dream to photograph. Here is a quick peek while I get to the rest of them. I hope you all like babies because the blog is going to be FULL of them this week and next. Including a quick trip to Colorado next week just to photograph a new baby boy, can’t wait!  Until next time…
