Think Pink {Austin Maternity Photographer}

because this family is adding another baby girl this fall. Taken this morning, the light was beautiful & the colors were amazing! I’ve been sitting on this location for quite a while now, waiting for just the right clients. Couldn’t have been a more perfect match, a family with girls. Little Carly has been on my blog a few times before, she is almost two now and is a pretty impressive little girl. She was extra sweet and has both a full verbal & signing vocabulary. This mom & dad have worked with her so much, and it has paid off.

Picture Perfect {Austin Family Photographer}

They really were picture perfect, this family is one of the prettiest families I have ever had the pleasure of photographing. And their boys, yup, they really were as calm and as sweet as they look here. In fact I kept thinking, this is too good to be true, 5, 3, and 1 yr old boys that I’m not having to chase after for one good shot? Nope not them. Thanks L & S for such a fun time.

Mine On Monday #15 {Austin Baby Photographer}

Besides childbirth, I don’t think there is much that fascinates me much more than watching a baby swim underwater. The entire process of Infant Swimming Resource was amazing, I was actually sad when it ended. But we have been swimming every single day for 3 months straight and it’s truly paid off. All 5 of my babies are strong swimmers, but most importantly could use their self rescue skills if needed. For my birthday last week, Rick bought me an underwater camera, ok so the quality is NO-where near the NIKON, but that’s ok. We just wanted to capture this amazing time in our lives, when Presley is swimming as a baby. Next summer she will be two. Our last baby. Our youngest swimmer of the bunch. Our little feisty tadpole.

Oh and you can’t leave out Benny Bop- age 3.

Mine On Monday #13 {Austin Baby Photographer}

It has been a picture taking marathon weekend. Rick’s wonderful cousin, Michelle, came in from MO to take a crash photo course with me. It was a great weekend for her to choose because we had 1 family session, 1 newborn, 1 bride and then of course my kids. I have not posted sweet Presley in a few weeks, she has grown so much. Especially the massive amount of hair on her head. At 17 months she is a toot! She loves climbing, emptying the dishwasher, dresser drawers, you name it, she is into it. Taking her picture is yet another story, she is on the run. So we had to put her on this bench, just for a decent shot. Bye, Bye baby hello toddler!

Firecracker Maddy {Austin Bluebonnet Photographer}

Little miss Maddy is turning two this week and she sure was spunky! Thankfully I knew her tricks and was still able to get some good. Thank goodness for a fast shutter speed right? The bluebonnets are the best they’ve ever been here in Austin, due to the massive amounts of rain the last few months. I still have openings left for the bluebonnet minis, so let me know if you are interested. Both Austin & Brenham are available.

Spring Is In The Air {Austin Family Photographer}

Really, Spring is getting close because I am having such luck this past week finding bright green patches of grass to work with! It’s been way too long. I had a great time with these two little cuties and their extended family this past Sunday. They were an absolute delight to work with.
