Mine on Monday #38 ~She’s a TOOT~

I’m sure you’ve all been wondering why you haven’t seen my “lovely” little children’s faces in such a long time. I mean with five kids you’d think I’d post at least one of them every now and then.

Well this is why; exhibit number 1:

My two year old flat out refuses to look at the camera and throughs a big fit when she sees it coming near her. Including my iphone. It takes a whole lot of tricking to get her even to look over in my direction. *sigh* and then when she does, that is what I get, a look of “Are you done yet?” I can only imagine what our Christmas cards will look like this year. ha! Gee I wonder where she gets it from?! Yup you guessed right, big sister Parker has been pulling this stunt for 6 years now. Nice huh? and yes, her big pretty blue eyes have gone green since she has appeared on the blog. It’s funny all 5 kids have been the same way- first two year bright blue, then at 2 1/2 they all go green.

Dreamy Light {Austin Baby, Family Photographer}

Austin got 12 drops of rain on Sunday, and a few clouds making for dreamy, beautiful light for our session. Baby Crew is one of my baby planners. Here is is at 7 months, sweet as ever. And boy this kid has lots of big skills, he’s crawling and clapping next time I see him he’ll be running from me! Big Sister Piper is a little doll too, I love her little personality, reminds me of my Presley. AND she is an ISR baby too, which makes me so proud. Love those baby swimmers.

Carly and Her Family {Austin Toddler Photographer}

I am always so thankful for my repeat clients. I would say that 90% of my business are return families. Which I love, because I get to know these families and watch them grow over the years. I have been shooting this particular family since Carly was born 2 1/2 years ago. I remember I was so huge and pregnant with Presley during that session. Right away I loved their family and it’s been fun getting to know them over the years. and now Carly and Presley are little swim buddies. Carly also did ISR and is a big swimmer like Pres. Here are some more pictures from her baby sister’s 6 month session last weekend.

Florida Curls {Jupiter, FL Family Photographer}

Happy Mother’s day to my friend Ava. It feels as if I’ve gone full circle to watch my friends grow up and have families of their own. I’ve known Ava since High School and now she is a wonderful mother to two beautiful, curly headed children. It was great to see your sweet family again, they have grown SO much since our last session two years ago.

In Their Lilly’s {Jupiter, FL Children’s Photographer}

We’re back from FL, and trying to get back to reality. We had a great trip, saw our friends and family, took a Disney cruise and spent countless hours swimming and basking in the sun. While in FL my dearest friend from HS came down to visit and we managed to fit her girls in for a super quick photo shoot. The girls are so cute in their Lilly Pulitzer skirts, our favorite brand and so FLORIDA! Kell here is a peek for you. Next time we do this it will be in CA- beach side!

Spring With Norah {Austin Baby, Family Photographer}

Although the wildflowers have been the pits this year, we still have had nice blooms this spring on the planted flowers. This seemed to be the perfect setting for the little Miss for her 6 month session. All dainty and bright. Can’t wait to see you at the 1 year this fall.
