Today is Cooper’s 2nd Birthday! We are celebrating at home with firefighter cupcakes. Cooper woke up saying “Birthday, Birthday! and Cake Cake” it was pretty funny. He’s definitely starting to “act” like a 2 yr old. We have seen a few tantrums and outbursts, not too often. Cooper is still a sweet boy, very loving. We you leave he says “wove you”. When Daddy comes home he runs the fastest and yells “Dad deeee” and gives a big hug. Cooper still loves to go to bed at night and maintains the same schedule napping 1:30-5 and then to bed by 8. I know that seems like a ton of sleep but all of our kids did that until they were almost 4.
Cooper is still really tiny for his age. I will update with stats when we go to his 2 yr well care. His size seems to be more like Carson’s and his personality is exactly like Griffin. Very laid back, quiet plays on his own for hours at a time, has a very long attention span, and loves to line up his cars & trains. He has no interst in watching TV, thank goodness.
He talks about “Nano” (Rick’s mom) non stop. I guess he is always thinking of her. Its very sweet. As a far as speech goes he says a ton of words, he will basically copy anything you say. But overall he is pretty quiet, maybe he just doesn’t get a chance to get a word in! Can’t imagine why. ha!
