Beautiful Girl
March 25, 2009 – 3:23 pm
What a fun session this was! Beautiful Lyndsey really new how to model so it made it super easy for me. I don’t think it will be easy though for her parents to choose! ha! We had a great time finding all kinds of new loccations. We even were asked to “get off the train” ha! Here are some of my favorites in a clump because I could not post them all. (added a little shot of Rascal her yellow lab in the bottom one. He was not in the “mood” to pose for us so I had to get him on the run).
Texas Bluebonnets With My Family
March 23, 2009 – 1:33 pm
Texans wait all year for the famous bluebonnets to appear. They only come out for a very short time in March & sometimes April. The bluebonnet is really only a weed but a beautiful one at that. So Rick & I drove to meet his mom to pick up our kids from their vacation with their grandparents in Houston. We met in Brenham so we could take our bluebonnet shots for the year. We hardly get a patch here in Austin, so you have to drive East 2 hrs. to capture them in full fields.
Here are some of the ones I was able to get. Not my best work at ALL. I was having to shoot in full sun, with a broken foot that should not have been walked on. ha! And 5 restless kids, need I say more?
Presley’s 2 Month Stats
March 20, 2009 – 10:32 am
She’s growing up TOO fast for us!! Here are her 2 month stats and some photos I took at 8 weeks.
~Weight 11lbs 14 oz ~ Height 23 inches ~ She falls in the 75% range for both!! This is funny to us because Rick and I are pretty small people as far as height. All of our babies grow really fast and then slow down at 1 yr when I’m done nursing.
Broken Foot Blues…
March 18, 2009 – 4:41 pm
Well for those of you out in the blogger world that don’t know. I broke my sesamoid bone on my left foot last Wed. I wish it was only a break. On Sat. Rick my husband (who happens to be a podiatrist) saw that it was turning red in the area. This is a sign of infection. So he started me on Augmiten (sp?) on Sat. It has taken almost all the pain away, thank goodness! But he thinks that it may come back after I am done with my meds. If that is the case we may be doing some surgery here in the next few weeks. I really hope not it really is throwing a kink in things around here! LOL! Anyway I will keep you bloggers updated about my progress. For now I leave you a picture of the little Priss in her babylegs from last week.
First Senior Girl of 09′
March 9, 2009 – 11:51 pm
Did I mention how much I LOVE to work with seniors? Each experience is different every time too. This is Rachel my first senior girl for 09′. She was really fun. I simply could not choose what to post for her so I just made a storyboard to show a bunch of them. I will post her show as soon as I make it. ; ) For now here is a taste for her mom.
Senior Graduation Cards
March 7, 2009 – 9:09 pm
Senior Grad cards are out! Here are the cards I have to offer this year. These make me want to be a senior in high school again! I had those silly looking white ones with the funny JHS logo on them. Times have changed. All of these cards are front & back on heavy card stock. Nice. Thanks to all my beautiful grads for filling them all so beautifully! Don’t they all look like models?!

March is for Seniors…
March 4, 2009 – 4:01 pm
Ok all you readers- so I'm back to work in full force here. March is chopped full of seniors, which are by far my favorite sessions of all time, and of course a few newborns are good too. On Sunday I went downtown with Phillip, who's brother Doug from last year graces the top of my blog with his cool guitars. Phillip's session was just as fun. He has been accepted into UT so we headed down to the campus for some shots. Fun times. Here are some of my favorites.
