Disney Quick Snappy

Have not posted anything about our Disney trip in Aug. augh!! Here is a quick one of Parker with her lovely mouse ears. Yup she wants to wear them with everything. Funny huh? This was taken after a long, hot day on our way out of the park. I’ll get some more disney posts together and try to get them up on Friday.

Eight Months

Today our littlest one turned 8 months old. She is just precious too. Now that she has been crawling for 2 months she has picked up speed & interest in EVERYTHING. We had to put the gates up this weekend. She loves to open the cabinets as well and its extra fun to empty them out too. Yup, she is sure keeping us busy.

We found the “perfect” field for photos. Well sort of. It’s called Lake Travis. We have been in a major drought this summer causing our lake to dry up and become a beautiful field of wild flowers. Thankfully today it rained all day long. Once it let up we packed up all 5 kids and our golden retriever, Maggie and drove 1 mile to the lake/field for Presley’s 8 month old pictures.

Where we placed the red chair it is usually 6 feet deep in lake. This is actually the boat launch. Later this week I will post pictures of the waterfall and Maggie playing in it. For now here is our girl.

“Still Baking” part Dos

These two were so beautiful and were made for the camera. We went to their stomping grounds, including the restaurant where they had their first date.  What a fun session. I’ve added a collage to show how much variety a downtown session has to offer. Ahhh! Austin can be so much fun! Thanks A&J it was a blast. I can’t wait to meet your little bundle in early November!

Still Baking {Austin Maternity Photographer}

This was such a fun session. All I can say is “poor John”. There were 3 of us girls there to bug. He was a trooper with all the clothing & accessory changes. I’m pretty sure it was worth it. Here are a few from the batch. I’ll post more this week. Thanks to Beth too for coming, it was really fun having you there to help us!

Lil’ Texas Girl {Austin Family Photographer}

I’m on a red barn kick. This is a different one from last week. They make for the best backgrounds!

Nine, what a fun age!! This is sweet Maddie, she was such a joy & loved the camera which made for some fun shots. Miss Maddie lives all the way near Canton, TX (East of Dallas??) she came to Austin to visit family & have her pictures taken. These are from tonight, just wanted to get mama a sneak peek.

The Big Boys

These are my big boys, my twins. They are 6 1/2 now and are a whole barrel of fun times. This age is really fun because we can play games, they know how to behave, even if at times they choose not to at all times. :) They are loving school, but tell me that 2nd grade math is TOO easy and “come on, make it harder for us!”. I am positive it will get harder in the next few weeks, its all review right now. Here they are~ Griffin first then Carson.

Beautiful Juliet {Austin Newborn Photographer}

Here are more of this sweet family. Big brother just cracked me up. He was SO good, despite all the wait time while his sister was in the spot light, AND all those pesky fire ants that bit all of us including the baby!! ugh!! The things we go through to have a VERY cool barn in the background. ha!
