Sunny and New {Austin Newborn Photographer}
March 12, 2010 – 8:13 pm
Welcome baby Abby! Here she is at just 10 days new. She was such the little angel during our session. I always start to get a little worried when the babies are over 8 days. Yikes they don’t always sleep so well after that point. But she was the acceptation. So happy to add her to the baby plan as well. The weather is finally getting warm & the grass is greening up! Wow! Makes it a whole lot more fun when I can take the babies outside for their shots. Thanks S. family, I look forward to her 6 month session.

Spring Is In The Air {Austin Family Photographer}
March 9, 2010 – 9:05 pm
Really, Spring is getting close because I am having such luck this past week finding bright green patches of grass to work with! It’s been way too long. I had a great time with these two little cuties and their extended family this past Sunday. They were an absolute delight to work with. This mom & dad have done an exceptional job with their children I must add. Here is a quick sneak peek for the family. I should be done with the rest by the end of the week. Thanks for your patience!!
Mine On Monday #5 {Austin Children’s Photographer}
March 8, 2010 – 10:46 pm
OK so this weeks Mine On Monday is really kind of late, but at least Monday is not officially over right? For the boys 7th birthday a few weeks ago we took the whole family down to the San Antonio Zoo. We had never been and it was a lot of fun. Of course it was a Saturday which = too many people. But we had a great time anyways. Here are some highlights from the trip.
For any photographers that may be reading this, the inside pitch black, dark, aquarium, the shots were taken with my Nikon D700, 50mm 1.4 lens, ISO 1000, 1/80S, 2.2 Always amazed at how well the D700 handles such low light with no grain. Love, Love, Love! My D200 could have never pulled that off.

City Views {Austin Family Photographer}
March 4, 2010 – 5:18 pm
The best compliment a photographer can get is repeat clients. This family came to me back in the fall of 2008, and then tried again in the Fall of 2009, but I was full (BOOK early everyone else if you want a Christmas session!!) So we found them a date in February that worked for all of us. I just really love this location, off the hike & bike trail. I’ve used it a few times. It offers the prettiest city views along the lake. You wouldn’t know it from the pictures but there were people everywhere! Thanks P. family, as always these two little ones kept me on my toes.

March 2, 2010 – 2:31 pm
I had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful teen girl and her mom on Sunday. We found some really great new locations that included a couple of barns, which you all know I LOVE a good barn shot. And very thick, lush, green grass, in February! Made my day! Here is a peek for A. and her mom. More to come later this week Y’all!

Mine On Monday #4
March 1, 2010 – 12:23 pm
I’m loving the shake it photo app on my iphone these days. I put together a February post from my iphone pictures. These really reflect what our days look like over at the Warpula family household. The pictures are all wrong, technically, but they really show what a glimpse of what we do day after day. February was a full and busy month at our house. We went on a cruise, which was the highlight of the month for Rick and I. Our twins turned, 7, we took a trip over the the San Antonio Zoo, Presley had a playday, Parker had a fun Valentines night at gymnastics, the boys & I went on a Mother Son Date at the bowling alley, Maggie got shaved and went swimming in lake Travis, Cooper started swim lessons, Presley is practically running all over the place and is an expert climber, etc etc etc… Here are some of our Feb. moments.
Another iphone app, that Rick and I have been especially loving is the Words With Friends app. If you don’t have it get it, our user name is twarpula. We’d love to play you. It’s a Scrabble game that goes back and forth. We’ve been playing some friends from church along with our very good friends Kelly & J. in NC. So much fun! Go get it you Iphone users!!
